Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)
Prepare your application materials:
Evidence of exceptional achievements in eligible fields such as advanced technology, AI, renewable energy, biotechnology, or medical innovation.
Nominator details: An Australian citizen, permanent resident, or organisation willing to nominate you.
Submit your EOI to the Australian Department of Home Affairs
Include all necessary documentation showcasing your skills, achievements, and potential to contribute to Australia’s economy and global standing.
Step 2
Receive an Invitation and Unique Identifier (UI)
If your EOI is successful, you will receive:
- A formal invitation to apply for the NIV.
A Unique Identifier (UI), which is required to complete the visa application process.
Ensure your nomination aligns with the criteria set out in the Migration Amendment Instrument 2024.
Step 3
Lodge Your Visa Application
- Use your Unique Identifier (UI) to complete your application via ImmiAccount, the official platform for Australian visa applications.
- Pay the visa application fee: Starting fee: AUD 4,840 (approximately INR 2.6 lakh).
- Submit proof of:
- Exceptional achievements in your field.
- Nominator details and support documentation.
